Loft Conversion Process
Transforming your loft into a stunning new space is a journey, and we’re with you every step of the way. Our process is designed to be straightforward and stress-free, guiding you through eight clear stages, from your initial enquiry to the final finishing touches. With our expert team handling everything, you’ll know exactly what to expect at each step, ensuring a smooth and exciting transformation for your home.
Quote, Survey & Plans
Once we have finalised the proposal we will carry out a survey and provide architectural plans.
Scaffolding & Delivery of Materials
Prior to starting scaffolding is erected the materials and steels will be delivered.
Beams In, Joists & Boarding
Beams are installed, floor joists inserted and floor boarding done.
Insulation, Velux's & Dormers
Insulation is installed, Velux windows fitted and dormers constructed.
Staircase & Fit-out
New staircase is installed, internal partitions fitted, first fix electrics & plumbing.
Plaster boarding, Plastering & Doors
Plasterboard is fitted, all rooms and staircase plastered, new doors hung.
Second Fix Electrics, Plumbing & Joinery
New bathroom suite is fitted, sockets and lights fitted, all skirting boards and architraves installed.
Quality Inspection \ Sign-off
Project manager checks all work and quality of finishes to ensure 100% satisfaction and compliance before signing off.
